My love for family and the importance of preserving our legacy started at a young age. As a five-year-old, I already had a deep understanding of the importance of family and felt compelled to write down their names, along with their partners, children, and grandchildren. I watched my grandma spend hours cutting and pasting photos of my family members into scrapbooks made from cereal and cracker boxes seamed together with binders. My grandmother carried a large video camera on her shoulder as she followed my cousins and me around, documenting every movement, cemented my passion for capturing life's precious moments.

As I've grown and developed, I've realized that my unique gift to the world is my ability to tell stories through my photos.
